To be clear, this is not a quick fix cleanse, or a meal plan to follow. You will slowly learn a new stress-free approach to nutrition and eating habits that will finally get you the results you want... And enable you to maintain them on your own.
How the program works
I'm looking for folks with a positive, motivated mindset who are ready, willing, and able to invest $89 per month (3 months minimum). Each day, you will spend 5-10 minutes learning valuable new skills to help you unwind emotional hang-ups with food to meet your health and fitness goals. This program has been used to help over 100,000 people lose over 2 MILLION pounds. The full program is one year in length. It truly will transform your relationship with food.
In addition, you'll get access to a special private community focused on encouragement, humor, accountability, and practical tools. I'll be sharing many of my tips, recipes, plus will be posting videos and more.

A little more about me...
I am a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coach, NESTA - certified personal trainer, and current student of Functional Medicine, where I'm learning how the systems in our bodies interact, how nutrient deficiencies affect us, how to identify & address them, and even how nutrition can help alleviate symptoms of many chronic diseases.
I understand the challenges to fitting health, nutrition, and exercise into our busy day-to-day, and I have lots of tricks to making it all work. Because healthy eating shouldn't be one more thing to stress us out... It should feel good and be easy! You can read my full bio here.
